Mr Malatole is a seasoned Physical Sciences educatort with a proven track record of working with learners. Malatole is multiple awards winner especially in the space of ICT in Teaching. He boast a 12 years exaperience in teaching and muliple years on being an NSC Physical Sciences marker. He is the founder and Director of Botho Academy. He currently heads the Science department in the academy. He is also a Departmental Head at one public high school in Gauteng.

Mr Makgoale is an experiences Mathematics educator with 12 years of teaching experience across two of the high performing provinces in the country, Gauteng and Free State. Makgoale is a well decoreated educator with a number of teaching awards under his belt. He is a former winner of the National Teachers Awards at Provincial level in the Free state. He heads the Mathemtics department at Botho Academy.
